Company Requirements & Guidelines
If the Following Requirements & Guidelines Set Forth by the Company Cannot be Agreed Upon by the Customer For Any Reason, All Business Interaction Will Cease, Reservations Void, and Payment Forfeit.
Listen to & Abide the Instructions Conveyed by Company Staff, They are Not Arbitrary Words Spoken Without Reason.
The Instructions are Intended to Keep You Out of Undesirable Locations and Scenarios.
1. There Are No Exceptions, No Negotiations, No Compromises, No Sob Stories. Misunderstandings & Misadventures Imparted to Company Staff Will Not Result in Anything More Than Strict & Unwavering Adherence & Application of Company Policy - Save the Drama For Your Momma.
2. Whether Online or in Person, a Credit Card & Valid Photo Identification is Required to Rent or Reserve Any Company Service.
3. The Entire Balance Must be Paid in Full Prior to Departure.
4. Monetary Overages of Any Amount Owed by Client, Like Approved Extensions, Will be Charged at the Time of the Client’s Approved Request, an Intentional or Unintentional Overage Occurs, or Upon Return of Company Equipment.
5a. Customer Will be Asked to Demonstrate Their Ability to Safely & Competently Operate, Control, Balance and Steer Vehicle Prior to Departure.
5b. Anyone Who Does Not Exhibit Sufficient Skill to the Satisfaction of Company Staff Will Not be Allowed to Proceed, and Will Not Receive a Refund or Any Other Sort of Compensation From the Company.

General Understanding & Agreement
The Company Reserves the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone for Any Reason.
1. In Reserving Products/Services, Purchasing Products/Services, and Providing Information, You are Deemed to Have Read and Agreed to the Following Terms and Conditions as Laid Forth on the Company FAQ Page and Waiver.
2. Each & Every Single Individual Participant Must Read & Sign the Release from Liability Agreement Prior to Participating in Any and All Activities Offered by the Company.
3. If an Individual Does Not, Cannot, Will Not, or Refuses to Read, Understand, Agree to, and Sign the Release from Liability Agreement - That Individual Will Not be Allowed to Depart on/with Company Equipment. In the Event of this Sort of Scenario, Funds Are Considered Forfeit.
4. Acknowledge Awareness, Understanding, and Agreement to Adhere and Abide by All Traffic Laws, General Laws of Conduct, Safety Rules and Guidelines (Stated, Implied, or Otherwise) With Regard to the Legal, Lawful & Vigilant Operation of Company Vehicles in the Streets of the City of New Orleans and State of Louisiana.
5. Ignorance of the Law is No Excuse.
6. Being a Disrespectful and/or Irresponsible Person in Public is Frowned Upon, Plus That Behavior Downright Stinks.
7. Clients Agree to Employ Responsible & Respectable Personal Conduct when Engaging with the General Public and Occupying Physical Space in the Public Domain.
8. All Participants Who are in Legal Possession of, and a Operating Company Vehicle(s) are Required to Comply with All General Local & State Laws and Local & State Traffic Laws.
9. The Client is Responsible for ALL Legal Violations, Fines, Fees, Tickets, Legal Attachments, Declarations, Decrees, Accusations or any Similar Situation Claimed, Accused, Charged, Detained, Jailed, Attached, to the Client as a Result of Their Actions While in Possession of Company Equipment.
10. The Company Claims Indemnity of ANY & ALL Legal Liabilities that are Attributed to the Client.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy
We Do Our Best to Accommodate Our Clients as Much as Possible - We Very Much Dislike Having to Disappoint.
That Said, We Have a Business to Run - It Ain’t Easy and It Ain’t Cheap to Operate a Business in the French Quarter - We Sincerely Hope You Understand
1. Cancellations Outside of 24 Hours = No Refund. That’s Been Our Policy for Years and Will Continue to Company No Matter How Much it May be Disliked.
2a. All Cancellations and Rescheduling Requests Must be Submitted in Writing via the Company’s Email Address - No Less Than 24 Hours Prior to Scheduled Departure.
2b. Failure to Comply with This Policy Will Result in Automatic Forfeiture of Payment, in Addition to any Additional Monetary Losses Incurred by the Business That are Due to Your Late Return.
3. Parties That: Decide To 'No Call/No Show', ‘No Longer Want to Ride’, 'No Longer Comfortable Riding', Suffer ‘Food Poisoning’, ‘Twist An Ankle’, or Decided to Espouse any Similar ‘Reason’ as to Why They Cannot, or No Longer Want to Attend or be Present for the Scheduled Activity → Will Not Receive a Refund.
4a. Parties Who Do Not Respond to Company Inquiries Within a Reasonable Amount of Time, and by Default Become Late, or Miss Their Reservation Time for any Reason - All Equate to No Refund.
4b. The Company Documents ALL of Our Incoming and Outgoing Communications, Via the Customer's Online Reservation File; We Know When Communications Were Sent, Delivered, Opened, Replied to, and/or Ignored.
5a. Late Arrivals are Subject to Forfeiture of Funds.
5b. It is Not the Responsibility of the Company to Ensure That You are on Time for Your Reservation.

Damage Deposits & Damaged Equipment Charges
Regarding the Losing, Breaking, Damaging, or Theft of Company Equipment: Clients are Legally Bound & Liable to Monetarily Compensate the Company For All Loses Associated with the Equipment in Question
→ No Exceptions Will Be Made.
The Undersigned Authorizes the Company to Charge the Credit Card on File For Monies Due, Including Taxes, Without the Undersigned Present for Scenarios Including But Not Limited to:
1. Lost, Damaged and/or Stolen Equipment: Will Result in a Replacement Costs, Labor Costs, Shipping Fees + Any Applicable Tax.
2. Replacement Charge for Lost or Damaged Key or Key Fob: $35 to $250 Depending on the Model - Payable Immediately.
3a. Stolen Equipment Replacement: If Your Vehicle or Any Company Equipment That Was Lent To You Is Stolen, You Are Responsible for Replacement Costs, Shipping Costs + Taxes and Labor Costs for Ordering, Assembling, Testing, Numbering, Labeling, Cataloging, etc.
3b. Your Account Will Be Charged No Less Than $650 Per Pedal Bike, $1600 Per E-Bike, $3000 Per Scooter, and Up to $20,000 Per Unit For Other, More Expensive Vehicles.
4. A Refundable Damage Deposit Secured Via Credit Card Transaction is Required for Any & All Rental Equipment Deemed Necessary Bb Company Staff.
5. If the Vehicle is Returned in Good Condition and With No Damage, No Additional Charges Will Be Incurred and the Damage Deposit Refunded in Full.
6a. If the Vehicle is Returned with Damage, The Repair Costs Will be Withheld From the Damage Deposit.
6b. If the Repair Costs Exceed the Amount of the Damage Deposit, Responsible Client’s Account will be Charged the Balance for Repair and/or Replacement, Labor & Shipping Costs.
7. If the Damage is Severe Enough That the Vehicle is Rendered Unusable Until Spare Parts Can be Ordered, Received, Installed, Tested, and Until Appropriate Maintenance & Safety Inspections Can be Performed Enabling the Return the Vehicle to Service.
8. The Client, Due to Their Intended or Unintended Negligence and It’s Resulting Vehicle Damage and Subsequent Consequences, Can & Will be Held Monetarily Liable For Any and All Lost Rental Revenues and Any Other Liabilities Incurred by the Company for the Entire Time Span That the Vehicle is Out of Service.

Company Disavowment Statement
1. The Company, It's Staff, Associated Parties, Representatives, Affiliates and Any Individual Who Could Be Remotely Considered Associated With the Company Do Hereby Presently and in Perpetuity Disavow, Deny, Disassociate and Decline Any and All Responsibility, Liability or Association With Any Written, Spoken or Other Form of Communication Espousing Ideas, Claims, Accusations, Associations, Sworn Testaments or Otherwise That Are Committed or Intended to Be Committed, Carried Out or Perpetrated By the Customer's Direct or Indirect Actions, Thoughts, Suggestions, or Otherwise
2. The Company Does Not and Will Never Claim Responsibility for Any Sort of Intended or Unintended Traffic Violation or Law Violation of Any Type
3. The Company and It’s Associated Parties Do Hereby, Now & Forever, Unequivocally & Affirmatively Disavow & Disassociate Themselves From All Associations & Responsibilities of the Customer
4. The Company & It's Associates Claim Themselves Neutral, Uninvolved, and Disinterested Parties With No Want, Care, Need, or Desire to Be Responsible For, Involved or Associated With Any Responsibility, Liability, Claim, Action, Decision and/or Association of Every Conceivable Type, Real or Imaginary, With Regard to Any Relationship to or With the Customer in Any and Personal and/or Professional Capacity

Health & Safety
1. Please Consult Your Physician Before Participating in any Activity Offered by the Company.
2. All Participants Should be in Good Health Prior to Activity Participation.
3. Clients Who are in Need of Prescribed Medication Should Ensure that They or Someone in Their Party has Access to the Medication.
4. Participants Who are Pregnant, or May be Pregnant, are Not Advised to Participate in any Activity Offered by the Company.
5. All Participants Choose of Their Own Free Will to Participate in Their Chosen Activity and in No Way Are Encouraged, Coerced, Forced or Threatened by Company Staff to Participate.
6. Participants will be Able to Demonstrate Their Ability to Safely & Competently Operate All Aspects Required for the Safe Operation of Company Equipment.

Late Returns
1. Unless Approved by Company Staff, Rental Equipment is Due Back on the Date/Time Set by Company Staff.
2a. Unauthorized/Unapproved Late Returns are Subject to Additional Charges & Fees.
2b. If Your Late Return Causes Any Sort of Monetary Loss to the Company, Your Account Will Be Charged for Both the Late Return and Lost Revenue
3a. If Client will be Returning Company Equipment Late, it is Their Responsibility to Communicate that Information to Company Staff.
3b. Company Staff will Neither Call as a Courtesy, Nor Ask Why the Client is Late to Return Company Equipment. Staff will Calculate the Additional Time and Charges Owed to the Company Due to Overages.
4. If the Client Requests a Time Extension, and the Extension is Approved by Staff, OR if the Equipment is Returned Late - the Undersigned Authorizes the Company to Charge the Credit Card on File for All Monies Due Including Taxes & Fees without the Undersigned Present.

Cleaning of Vehicle and/or Equipment After Return
1. A Minimum Charge of $35 if Company Staff Has to Commit More Than the Standard Amount Time (60 to 120 Seconds) to Clean the Vehicle or Associated Equipment and Return It To the Service Line For Rental/Tour Availability.
2. Please Be Mindful & Courteous With Regard to the Cleanliness of Your Vehicle & Equipment. Please Do Not Needlessly Drive Through Mud, Puddles, Mule Dung or Excrement of Any Kind or Smear Your Helmet With Grease, Sunscreen or the Like.
3. Please Be Mindful Not to Spill Drinks, Food, Cigarette/Cigar Ash or Anything Similar That Will Result In You Incurring a Cleaning or Damage Fee.
4. If YOU Would Like To Clean the Vehicle Without Incurring Charges, You Are Welcome To Do So, We’ll Give You a Rag and You Can Get To It.

Age Requirement & Policy of Electric Vehicle Operation
Any Violation of the Following is Automatic Forfeiture of All Payments & Deposits in Addition to Customer Liability and Responsibility of Additional Payments
1. Any & All Electric Vehicles Operators Must be 25+ Years of Age → No Exceptions
2. If Anyone Younger Than 25 is Found to Be Operating Any Electric Vehicle, the Activity Will Be Immediately Halted
2a. Vehicle Keys Will Be Taken Possession of By Company Staff
2b. Any Remaining Activity Time is Automatically Forfeit
2c. No Refunds, Reschedules, Gift Cards, or Credit of Any Kind Will Be Granted By the Company
3. In the Event of the Above Scenario Taking Place, the Customer Will Be Responsible for Devising a Plan to Obtain Transportation to Their Next Destination Without the Assistance of the Company
4. If For Any Reason Costs Are Incurred in Having to Transport Vehicle Back to the Company's Office, Customer's Credit Card Will Be Charged Accordingly

Other General Requirements
1. Whether Online or in Person, a Credit Card & Valid Photo Identification is Required to Rent or Reserve any Company Service - No Exceptions
2. Any & All Electric Vehicles Operators Must Be 25+ Years of Age
3. Customers Must Comply With All Traffic Laws
4. Participants Are Responsible For the Rental Equipment From the Time the Equipment is Rented Until the Time It is Returned, Including Damage and Theft Of Rental Equipment
5. Participants Must Inform the Company if the Equipment is Damaged or Not Working Properly

Weather Policy
Please do not contact the Company about the Weather Forecast.
Weather Forecasts are for a general area and not necessarily for your specific location.
1. Meteorologists are more often wrong than they are right.
2. We've been in New Orleans for a Long Time - we are really good at determining if the weather is going to present an issue
3. In the event of severe weather, e.g. a lightning storm, sustained high winds, etc. - we will contact you via text message, email or phone call One Hour before the scheduled departure time to adjust the departure time or reschedule the Activity
4. If you or your party members decline to participate due to weather conditions deemed acceptable by the Company, neither a refund nor a gift card will be issued
5. If the Company Cancels/Reschedules the Activity due to severe weather, and your schedule does not allow for a new tour time, you will be offered a transferable gift card or refund

Non-Authorized Use
1. With Exception of the 15+ Year Old Individuals Operation of E-Bikes, Minors CANNOT Operate ANY Electric Vehicle
2. If Customer is Found to Be Operating a Company Vehicle in Any Way That is Deemed As Posing Danger to the Operator, General Public, or General Safety - or is in Violation of a Law - Company Staff or the Appropriate Authorities Will Take Possession of the Vehicle, It’s Keys & Any Additional Company Equipment
Note → We Do Not Play Games When It Comes to Irresponsible, Dangerous and Endangering Behavior
3. No Unauthorized Party is Allowed to Operate, Ride or Be Transported in Any Way By a Company Vehicle
4. Company Vehicles Are Not to Be Used in Any Unauthorized or Unapproved: Parade, Party, Wedding Procession, Funeral Procession, 2nd Line, Mardi Gras/Carnival Event, Street Party, ‘Street Take Over’, etc. Any Violation of This Policy Will Result in Immediate Seizure of Equipment by Company Staff - No Exceptions

Non-Approved Use of Company Equipment
1. Company Vehicles Are Not to be Used in any Unauthorized or Unapproved: Parade, Party, Wedding Procession, Funeral Procession, 2nd Line, Mardi Gras or Carnival Event, Street Party, ‘Street Take Overs’, etc.
2. Any Violation of This Policy Will Result in Immediate Seizure of Equipment By Company Staff - No Exceptions.
→ Refunds will NOT be Issued
→ No Please Need be Made Lest They Fall On Deaf Ears… We Don’t Want to Hear It.

Secure the Vehicle & All Equipment
1. The Locking of and/or Arming of a Vehicle’s Alarm is Your Responsibility.
2. Excuses Offered by Clients that the Means of Securing the Equipment was ‘Forgotten’ or ‘Was Not Known’ are Invalid & Unacceptable.
3. Always Arm any Vehicle Outfitted With an Alarm.
4a. ALL BIKES are to be Always LOCKED when Left Unattended.
4b. All Bikes are to be Locked Through the Frame and to Something Solid & Permanently in the Ground.
4c. Do NOT Lock to Any Traffic Signs, Chain Link Fences of Items Weaker than the Company Provided Equipment.

Forms of Payment
Accepted Forms of Payment are Bitcoin, Solana, U.S. Dollars, Various Crypto Currencies, and Major Credit Cards for Payment.
Non-Accepted Forms of Payment Included Personal Checks, Non-US Currency, and any Other Payment Offered that Staff Deems Unacceptable.

3rd Party Transport of Company Vehicles
Company Vehicles are NOT to be Transported Inside or On Top of Any Automobile or Any Other Type of Form of Conveyance Not Explicitly Approved by Company Staff.

Refund After Departure
Once Customer Agrees to the Rental Terms, Receives the Safety Briefing, the Operating Instructions, the Equipment Return Procedure, Signs the Waiver, and Departs the Shop in Possession of Company Equipment - No Refunds will be Issued.
Company Staff Does Not Provide Their Time, Service or Expertise for Free…
